1. An outline saves time and will make your project easier and better.
2. An outline includes only main ideas and facts in a logical order.
3. Only main ideas and details are included in an outline.
4. An outline is a plan for writing, telling, or doing something.
5. You group ideas to:

a) Organize info by outlining.
b) Leave out useless information.
c) Include only useful information.
d) Plan in a organized way.
